I’m driven by a simple question: what does it actually take to lead in a way that elevates humanity?

My work spans academia, corporate leadership, and advisory—providing both the rigor of a researcher and the real-time perspective of a practitioner. I founded Transformation Architects to help people and organizations navigate the complexity that often goes unnamed but deeply felt.

I view this work as architecture—designing blueprints that help leaders navigate mixed signals and high-stakes complexity with purpose and intentionality. Through a combination of organizational behavior expertise and lived experience navigating systems that weren’t built with everyone in mind, I help leaders make sense of what’s happening, clarify what matters, and move forward with intention.

Sometimes that work shows up as insight. Sometimes it shows up as strategy. And sometimes, it shows up as a Petty Professor graphic t-shirt.​
