ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

Last Updated: April 3, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Transformation Architects is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe our website should be inclusive and user-friendly for the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of our digital home: https://transformationarchitects.co/

Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time standard. We are committed to evolving our digital experience as we learn, grow, and better understand the needs of our community.

2. ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

We strive to align our Website with the following recognized standards:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA: The international standard for web accessibility.

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Applicable accessibility principles for digital platforms.

  • European Accessibility Act (EAA): Relevant frameworks for our global clients, where applicable.

3. TECHNICAL MEASURES TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBILITY

To ensure a high-quality user experience, we implement the following measures:

  • Readability & Clarity: Designing content with clear language, high color contrast, and logical information architecture.

  • Semantic HTML: Using structured headings and tags to assist screen readers and other assistive technologies.

  • Alternative Text: Providing descriptive text for meaningful images and visual elements.

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring that the Website and its primary functions can be accessed via keyboard alone.

  • Ongoing Testing: Reviewing Website functionality across modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and mobile devices.

  • Cognitive Accessibility: We design content to reduce cognitive load by using clear structure, plain language where possible, and intentional pacing of information.

4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LIMITATIONS

Our Website integrates with third-party platforms for essential business functions, such as:

  • The Delenta Coaching Portal for client accounts and sessions.

  • Stripe or PayPal for secure payment processing.

  • Scheduling Tools for booking sessions.

While we choose partners that prioritize accessibility, we do not control the source code of these third-party tools and cannot fully guarantee their compliance with WCAG standards. We are actively working with our providers to ensure they meet our accessibility expectations.

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the Website may have limitations, such as:

  • Older PDF resources or historical downloads.

  • Video content without synchronized closed captioning (which we are working to update).

  • Specific embedded elements from third-party social media platforms.

We are actively prioritizing improvements in these areas as part of our ongoing accessibility efforts.

6. FEEDBACK & ASSISTANCE

We aim to respond to accessibility-related inquiries within three (3) business days and will make reasonable efforts to provide requested information in an alternative format.

If something isn’t working for you, we want to know. Your feedback helps us improve.

7. ONGOING COMMITMENT

Accessibility is part of how we design, communicate, and deliver our work.

While legal requirements vary across regions, we aim to meet or exceed widely recognized accessibility standards and continuously improve our digital experience.
